Understanding why religion is strong delusion

The time has arrived for those blinded by religion to open their eyes, see the light, and help me vanquish the sword they have been deceived into supporting and wielding. How can Judeo-Christians blindly support rich and powerful leaders who rule using great wealth, deception, war, destruction, torture, and injustice when the messiah is supposed to deliver truth, wisdom, and justice, vanquish the sword, and dethrone the unjust, rich, and powerful? What is wrong with this picture?

No leader of an empire ever truly believes the religions used to manipulate subjects. That would be like a drug dealer hooked on his product; its bad for business...

Christians often quote things like "know them by their fruits," yet after millennia of being duped into abetting blatantly evil scoundrels, many still don't understand the meaning or import of much of what they read. The same canon paradoxically propounds "faith," which means the complete opposite of "know them by their fruits," i.e., to discern the truth by analyzing deeds and results (works) and to weigh actions instead of merely believing what is said.

The deceptive circular logic of posing a fantasy messiah who urges both discernment of the truth and faith (belief without proof) clearly represents a skillful and purposeful effort to impose ignorance and confusion through "strong delusion." Any sage worth his salt could understand the folly of this contradictory so-called wisdom. This and mountains of evidence demonstrate that faith and religion are the opposite of truth and wisdom. It is no wonder charlatans like Rove, Bush, and others have marked Christians as dupes to be milked as long and as hard as possible. Any accomplished con artist easily recognizes religion as the ultimate scam and fervent followers as ready-made marks and dupes.

We now live in an era where science has proven so much about the vastness, rationality, mathematical preciseness, and structural orderliness throughout every level of our 11-dimension universe. Nonetheless, large percentages of people still conclude that these flawed and contradictory religious canons are the unmodified and infallible "word of God." People who can't (or won't) discern the difference between truth and belief are easily misled about the differences between good and evil, wisdom and folly, perfection and error, reason and irrationality, and right and wrong.

The fact that political leaders have always had close relationships with religious leaders while cooperating to manipulate followers to gain wealth and power is overwhelming evidence that the true purpose of religion is deception and delusion. People who are unable to effectively discern basic moral choices or to reason accurately are easily indoctrinated to follow the dictates of national and imperial leaders who wrap themselves in religious pretense. Truth and wisdom are direct threats to the existence and power of empires. That is why imperial leaders always strive to hide so-called secret knowledge and impose deception and ignorance upon their subjects.

I, and many others, have expended great efforts researching and publishing a variety of evidence proving that these religious canons are both error prone and rife with purposeful deception. Furthermore, the evidence is overwhelming that Jesus Christ never existed and the stories about him are meticulous, though flawed, fabrications. The fact of deception has been proven from many directions. The New Testament is rife with historical and logical errors, verifiable contradictions, and outright lies. Christianity is clearly a Roman "strong lie" designed to impose "strong delusion" for the specific purpose of financially and politically exploiting entire populations.

It is undeniable that the European names and faces of the New Testament and Christianity cannot possibly be the truth. They were interpolated into the so-called Gospels by Roman leadership. It is important to remember that ancient Judaeans were dark-skinned, as were the Gnostic Coptics (Egyptians) and the Ethiopians. None of these people would have had names like Mark, Peter, Paul, Phillip, Jesus, James, etc. Consequently, it is undeniable that these names (and faces) are later creations imposed by Romans and their proxies who ruthlessly eliminated all competing stories and philosophies to establish the Christian Orthodoxy now referred to as the New Testament.

The very fact that the New Testament and Christianity have been cleansed of African and Middle Eastern names and faces is evidence of purposeful racism and deception. The fact that it continues to this day is undeniable. Simply look at how Christian nations have treated native peoples in every land they conquered and then imposed the Christian myth, which asserts the divinity of a white-skinned messiah, who is based on blatant lies and meticulous misdirection. Look at how the current leadership of the USA has used Christianity and duped Christians to gain the political power and cover to impose their will on everyone else.

Books like the Jesus Puzzle , Christ Conspiracy , James the Brother of Jesus , and websites like Jesus Never Existed , present thorough and accurate analyses of primary claims throughout the New Testament, Christianity, and by Christian leaders. Nonetheless, religious leaders and followers actively continue to assert the exact opposite. While fighting tooth and nail to hide the truth about stunning proof of Christian fraud and lies they regularly dismiss stunning evidence exposed by archeological finds like the Dead Sea Scrolls, Nag Hammadi Codexes, and more. Likewise, the following Washington Post article, The Book of Bart , about the book, Misquoting Jesus by Bart Ehrman, exposes how many changes and embellishments were made to these texts over the centuries, unequivocally demonstrating they are not original, infallible, or truthful.

I have gone even further than other authors to comprehensively demonstrate that the canons of all three faiths of Abraham were based on even earlier texts that incorporated verifiable wisdom. These original texts were modified in various ways over the millennia to satisfy the ambitions of religious and political leaders. The Hebrew texts, including some purported to be of Christian origin such as the Book of Revelation and 4 Ezra, are closer to the originals and thereby more easily reconstructed. On the other hand, the balance of the New Testament is the result of heavily reworked earlier texts, traditions, and concepts. Nonetheless, they are replete with recast Hebrew symbology that has been falsely represented over the centuries as literal events and miracles. Because of the structure and nature of the ancient symbology used to frame and encode the original texts and concepts, I have successfully reverse-engineered it to verifiably reveal the truth about much ancient wisdom. I have thereby given humanity the ability to effectively unravel the lies, discern the truth, and understand the wisdom that has long-been purposely obscured by millennia of religion and mysticism.

The events of recent years and the actions of the so-called Evangelical Right and Republican Party have produced a veritable flood of evidence illuminating the great duplicity and hypocrisy of Judeo-Christian political and religious leaders. While bedeviling us all with their holier-than-thou pretenses, they are consistently being exposed as some of the greediest, most arrogant, and deceptive of all people. How much more proof is necessary before humanity finally understands that religion has always been a purposeful deception and the chosen tool of great deceivers? What must the "faithful" experience before they understand they have been duped into supporting the primary sources of evil in this world?

Pay very close attention to verse 2:11 above. It is undeniable that religion fits the description of a strong delusion. It has likewise been called a strong lie, which is formed by merging some truth and wisdom with purposeful deception to create a strong lure and logic-trap to ensnare those susceptible to deceit. Both money and politics have been structured and managed using the same techniques. This conclusion is clearly supported by millennia of evidence and by the events and situations of the last two centuries and especially the last several years.

This is the answer to why religious followers so often support and perform blatant evil. They have been purposely deceived and deluded in a manner designed to destroy their ability to discern the truth. Consequently, religious adherents are easily misled about the differences between good and evil, truth and lies, and justice and injustice. Those who cling to "faith" in the presence of stunning and comprehensive proof of errors, lies, and outright deception in these religious canons and by blatantly duplicitous, holier-than-thou leaders are clearly suffering from strong delusion!

Always rely upon the wisdom of knowing them by their deeds and results (fruits, works), when in doubt!

More stunning proof that Christians are easily duped into supporting blatant evil

The latest book of stunning revelations titled "Tempting Faith" by former Bush Administration insider David Kuo presents compelling first-hand evidence that the Christian Right was purposely duped into providing pivotal political support and cover for a host of crimes and excesses by Republican leaders and the Whitehouse. This book and the Foley fiasco are serving to awaken Christians to the undeniable fact that they have been deceived into abetting the evil deeds of duplicitous scoundrels, once again.

The events of recent years and the several millennia before them have provided us with comprehensive proof that religion is the chosen and purposeful tool of great deceivers. Whether we view the actions of the Temple priesthood of ancient Israel that conspired with Greco-Roman invaders, the sad and sordid history of the Vatican and Papacy, Christian crusaders and colonizers, injustices by leaders and followers of Islam, the oppression of Palestinians by the State of Israel, or the more recent activities of the so-called Christian Right and Republican Party, religious followers are regularly and easily misled into supporting obvious evil.

In recent years, I have produced stunning and comprehensive proof of purposeful deception in the canons of all three Faiths of Abraham and struggled to alert people to this and to related upcoming events and situations. Due to "poisoning of the waters" by deluded religious leaders and followers over the centuries, most have greeted my efforts with derision or indifference, thereby failing to pay attention long enough to discern the accuracy of my research and assertions. Starting with the perfectly timed Atlantic hurricanes of 2004 and 2005, a small number of people, some of them in government leadership positions, began to recognize the truth of my conclusions and assertions. The events of the last year-plus, starting with the ramifications from hurricanes Katrina and Rita, have helped to sweep away many of the facades erected by the Bush-Cheney crew and cohorts. Many of their deceptions have been exposed, their greed and arrogance proven, the myth of their competence destroyed, and most recently the depths of their duplicity and hypocrisy have been illuminated by a series of stunning revelations.

Nonetheless, the so-called Christian Right has continued faithfully supporting them, in spite of mountains of evidence that should have dissuaded any clear-thinking soul. The recent non-stop flood of stunning evidence leaves little doubt that the so-called liberals and the left were 100% correct about the Bush-Cheney crew. Despite assertions to the contrary, conservatives and the Christian Right are now exposed as having arrogantly and foolishly supported blatantly evil scoundrels. We now have proof, beyond disproof, that Republican leaders viewed them as little more than marks and dupes to be milked of their faith, money, political support, and the lifeblood of their son's and daughter's on the battlefields of Bush's and Cheney’s deceptive wars.

It is a sad but true statement that deceived and deluded Christians are much more responsible for the evils perpetrated by the Bush administration than any other group. They have arrogantly and foolishly supported those who simply pretended to have the same beliefs, even though their deeds provided stark and irrefutable evidence to the contrary. My recent articles and book expound upon the reasons why religious followers are so easily duped into doing and supporting blatant evil. Now the events of recent weeks have provided stunning evidence that these assertions and conclusions are true. Christians and conservatives must now come to grips with the sickening reality of the great harm they have caused to everyone else because of their blind support of scoundrels who merely pretended to serve the Creator, as a purposeful ploy to gain wealth and power.

Because of blind support from the so-called Christian Right and conservatives, the current administration has managed to curtail civil liberties, start the war in Iraq based on obvious lies, legalize domestic spying, cause death and injury to hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians, kidnap, torture, and imprison alleged terrorists without due process, reverse and/or stymie many of the social and environmental gains of recent years, and browbeat a compliant congress, military, intelligence services, and news media into providing cover for and/or directly supporting obvious crimes. These are the true so-called "values" that have resulted from faith in a fantasy messiah being merged with the equally strong delusions of money and politics.

Now that we are again presented with irrefutable proof of the folly and dangers of blind faith, the other conclusion that must follow is that its prevalence throughout these religious canons is evidence of purposeful deception. Not only are religious followers easily duped, but I and many others have produced stunning and comprehensive proof that this is the primary purpose of religion. Though these books, research, and articles are voluminous, those of faith turned a blind eye and deaf ear to remain enthralled to obvious lies. In the face of mountains of evidence to the contrary, they somehow concluded that the Creator of all knowledge and wisdom preferred that they remain ignorant and willing thralls of clearly duplicitous religious and political leaders.

Remember the saying that "the truth will set you (and others) free?" How does "opening one's eyes to the truth,” relate to "making the blind see again" or "shining the light" or "illuminating a subject?" Notice the inherent symbolism associated with this supposed New Testament "miracle?" Recasting the symbolism of earlier Hebrew texts as literal events and supernatural concepts in the New Testament is one of the central deceptions associated with Christianity. The time has arrived for those "blinded" by faith and religion to “open their eyes” and "see the light" (understand the truth).

Proof that pretending to serve the Creator for wealth and power always leads to calamity

As recent events and millennia of history have shown us, those who bedevil others with holier-than-thou pretenses, as they support and/or perform blatant evil eventually suffer dire consequences. The prime example is the Vatican, which has caused great disasters for itself and its followers throughout history as the direct result of its great deceptions, hypocrisy, and injustices. One of the most recent are the actions of the Christian Right, Bush administration, and Republican Party, all close allies of the Vatican. While scoffing at the existence of Karma, "blind and deaf" hypocrites consistently provide proof that evil deeds regularly lead to the "curse," mostly commonly known as bad karma.

If Christians and their leaders are going to go around attacking others for not living up to their professed values, it's a damn good idea to be truthful and actually walk the walk. Logs and motes in the eye, camels through the eye of a needle, glass houses, kettle's and pots, and what goes around comes around, et al. Karma's a bitch when She finally decides enough is enough! This wouldn't have been so bad on Republicans if they hadn't been such arrogant hypocrites in order to corner the so-called values voters! Now the "Two Candlesticks" and "Two Witnesses" (Truth and Justice) are "breathing fire" and "raining hailstones!"

Pretending to serve the Creator while deceiving, exploiting, and oppressing others is a great abomination. Such great levels of blatant evil scream for Truth and Justice to "breath fire" and "burn" those who think they are somehow above the laws of this universe and basic human values. The recent horrendous luck and disastrous results caused by the Bush crew and cohorts shows us that Truth and Justice never remain defeated forever. Now comes the long-awaited time of "fire and brimstone" to punish those who have used deceptive values and great hypocrisy to unjustly subjugate their fellow souls, while pretending to be "God's Servants." The arrogance of the powerful is again reaping the promised rewards for evil deeds and results. Now we see the unfolding of the true meaning and purpose of "Armageddon," which the Vatican and its cohorts have long confounded because they were the intended targets of these prophecies. Most Christians have long been deceived and deluded into failing to understand that the great deceivers and those in power, which ancient prophecies predict the fall of, are the rich and powerful nations, the three faiths of Abraham, and the "three foul spirits" of money, religion and politics.

Here's a real hot potato! Eat it up, digest it, and then feed it's bones to the hungry...

The events of the last few years have shown us that far too many Christians and other religious followers clearly appear to be suffering from a form of psychosis. The levels of delusion and lack of discernment about basic human values are both stunning and mind boggling. People who profess to follow the stories and "values" of the fantasy messiah, most recently called Jesus Christ, also brazenly embrace greed, materialism, war, and torture. How can anyone who claims to support truth, justice, charity, spiritual wisdom, and a compassionate creator somehow conclude that performing or supporting blatant evil is a legitimate path to follow? There are only three logical answers. First, that these people are all devious evil souls or second, that they are deceived, deluded, and thereby confused, or third that they are suffering a form of psychosis. Since most people who join a religion are initially seeking to do and be good and are thereby unlikely to be truly evil, that leaves the second two choices as the most likely. Unfortunately, there are clearly also a small minority who knowingly and purposefully use religion to perpetrate evil and to gain power over others. By logical deduction, those most susceptible to such efforts will be religious followers who have been deceived and deluded into trusting those with truly evil intentions who profess to be interested in doing good as a ploy.

So, this leads us to discerning why religious followers are so easily and regularly duped into supporting and performing blatant evil. The first and most obvious reason is the very concept of faith itself. Since having faith is the opposite of seeking to truly understand truth, knowledge, and wisdom, and all religious canons profess both paths, this prevalence of these dichotomies and paradoxes is undeniable proof of purposeful deception. Now ask yourselves, how likely is it that the arrogant and greedy leaders of the Roman Empire actually embraced the purported teachings of Jesus Christ? Even the New Testament itself says to "know them by their fruits" and to "walk the straight and narrow path." Anyone with the ability to reason and "see straight" should understand that these are not directions to simply have blind faith, but instead to discern the truth by paying attention to deeds and results. In fact, all the cannons of the so-called Three Faiths of Abraham" abound with these "fatal" flaws and paradoxes. On the one hand, they speak of doing good and then speak of doing evil. Furthermore, Christian doctrinal assertions surrounding the death and resurrection of Jesus and how its cleanses others of their sins clearly conflicts with the many discussions of morality, dualism, and the importance of good "works" (deeds and results) over faith.

Likewise, the Old Testament abounds with wisdom texts that discuss morality and the importance of truth, justice, wisdom, compassion and good deeds and the "curses" that come to those who do bad deeds. Yet, other parts either describe or proscribe violence and other injustices. Though religious leaders claim these texts are the infallible "word of God," it is beyond obvious that any being capable of creating the universe would be able to produce true wisdom, unsullied by so many inconsistencies. The results of science prove the great level of order and logic in the structure of this universe. Consequently, such flawed texts cannot be infallible (duh!) nor can they be the unmodified so-called "word of god" or of "angels." Consequently, these texts are neither infallible, truthful, nor original.

As you read these verses, keep in mind that they have been modified from original Hebrew wisdom texts so as to redirect their messages to the benefit of Rome and its cohorts. Now consider how money, religion, and politics are inseparable because of the inescapable trap (bottomless pit) they form. The symbolism of the bottomless pit refers both to an ancient trap (pit) and to its associated deceptions, hence the inability to "get to the bottom of it." We are all trapped in a web of deception woven with money, religion, and politics. The great evils that bedevil us all will never cease until humanity finally awakens, shakes off these strong delusions, and forges a new path to the future.

It's no wonder the Vatican and its many cohorts fear the truth more than anything else. Jews, Christians, and Muslims have long been duped by the great deceivers I warned humanity about over the millennia. What then is the purpose of "faith" but to keep good people from seeking to understand truth and wisdom?

Christian Political Leadership, Hypocrisy, Duplicity, and Purposeful Evil

This Foley fiasco has given people the chance to change the make-up of this government, which will ultimately lead to the end of the Bush-Cheney reign. It may not be pretty, but it is a gift, nonetheless. Don't waste this advantage. Use it wisely to end the more pressing problems that face us all.

The current scandal involving Congressman Foley is merely the latest in an amazingly long list of blatant deception and duplicity by Republicans and the Christian Right in recent years. While bedeviling us all with their holier-than-thou pretenses, they consistently support and/or perform blatant greed and abominable evil. Never forget the extent of their arrogance over the last two decades and especially the last 6 years. It is beyond amazing that Christians continue to blindly support such obviously blatant scoundrels, even as they are repeatedly exposed going against the most basic of human values. The level of hypocrisy and duplicity boggles the mind. There is no longer any doubt, whatsoever, that Christianity is little more than a purposeful deception used by political and religious leaders to dupe, manipulate, and coerce entire populations into giving them wealth and power, which they always use for greed, injustice, and abominable evils.

The actions of Foley and those who covered up for him directly parallel the actions of scores of priests that have raped innocent children, preyed upon others for centuries, and had their actions hidden and abetted by the Vatican. Now, in eerie repetition of Vatican history, we have a power hungry Christian Emperor (GW) working closely with the Vatican and Judeo-Christian aristocrats to lead crusades in the so-called Holy Land. Furthermore, to leave little doubt about the reality of this assessment, the USA, as the new Holy Roman Empire, is about to legalize the torture it has perpetrated in recent years while steadily reversing many of the democratic and civil freedoms that people gained when the Vatican and royalty lost control of their European empire at the turn of the nineteenth century. Now we see them following the same old path of evil as they strive to cement the status of the USA as the latest proxy Vatican empire. Make no mistake about it, the new dark ages are looming on the horizon unless we do something proactive to prevent it.

Remember that those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it.

These scum and their ilk have consistently proven that gaining and maintaining power, at any cost, is much more important to them than anything they publicly pronounce. They have so little true concern for the well-being of others that they will say or do anything to take advantage of millions upon millions just to line their own grubby pockets and maintain power. This proves, to anyone with eyes to see, that they couldn't care less about everyone else as long as they get their hands on wealth and power, even if it means pretending to serve the Creator. It is long past time that people stand up for truth and justice and give these scoundrels their due.

This is a direct challenge to Christians to open your eyes and finally understand that you have been duped about the true purpose and nature of Christianity and the deceptive leaders you have blindly followed. How much evil must be done in your names before it finally dawns on you that you have been fooled by the very scoundrels you thought you were and/or would be opposing?

Remember the saying that "the truth will set you (and others) free?" How does "opening one's eyes to the truth" relate to "making the blind see again" or "shining the light" or "illuminating a subject?" Notice the inherent symbolism associated with this supposed New Testament "miracle?"

I know that many have chosen to write me off as some sort of a quack over the last three years. Now that this country and world have sunk to new lows and many of the things I've warned about have occurred, perhaps fewer will be so quick to scoff at things they don't understand. Neither religious followers nor secularists have been 100% correct and most have been dead wrong about much. Perhaps now more will seek true wisdom and cooperate for the good of all before the Bush-Cheney-Vatican cabal revives the dark ages and puts you all in theological torture camps.

Remember:
"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good [people] do nothing."

We are all trapped in a web of deception woven with money, religion, and politics. The great evils that bedevil us all will never cease until humanity finally awakens, shakes off these strong delusions, and forges a new path to the future.
